Upgrades to I.T. throughout the company’s departments over the year, ensuring minimal down-time on systems and a view to include integration onto the factory floor to expediate communication and change.
2019 has already seen the Implementation of a complete new telephone system that uses VoIP – therefore reducing costs, improving phone functionality and providing the company with a variety of useful features.
Investment in staff training and development is key – We currently have 3 employees who are undertaking NVQ’s; to include qualifications in Wood Machining – Level 2, Paint Spraying – Level 3 and Management – Level 3.

Planned refurbishment of our sales office to incorporate our own furniture and therefore create a ‘working’ showroom environment.
Upgrades to existing machinery and planned replacement beam saw / CNC towards quarter 4.
